In September 2019 we opened our Professional Development Centre. This is a space dedicated to supporting staff professional development and host training.
There is a conference room with a large interactive whiteboard and seating for up to 40 delegates.
A studio to explore media and materials, a place where you can come and be creative.
A lounge area with tables and chairs for breaks and lunchtimes.
A library of text books alongside documentation curated over the years showing the journey of Growing Places.
Training and consultancy
We are pleased to offer a series of training packages that can be tailored to meet your needs;

Bespoke consultancy
We will spend time in dialogue with you prior to the visit to ascertain your needs and build an understanding of the setting. We will use this information to tailor a bespoke consultancy package.
Day visits to our setting
The day begins with a presentation about Growing Places. You will then get a guided tour of the nursery with the opportunity to observe our educators in action!
Over lunch we will share our most recent projects and the afternoon will give you an opportunity to reflect with us and ask any questions you may have.
