As a not-for-profit company fees must be paid promptly to secure your child’s place. It is our aim to be as fair as possible when structuring our fees.
Session times are aimed to be as flexible as is financially viable; only one additional hour may be allocated per session.
All meals including a seasonal home cooked lunch and/or healthy snacks are included in the fees shown, unless you add extra hours, over lunch to your contracted hours.
Fees are reviewed each year with new fee structures each April. There may be occasions when we need to increase fees lower or higher than the rate of inflation and these will be discussed by the trustees and explained to parents as and when necessary.
Fees may have to be reviewed at other periods during the year depending on unforeseen factors affecting the business. Parents are encouraged to participate in fee reviews during parent meetings.
We allow an unrestricted amount of holidays each year that are charged at half rate.
Bank Holidays are charged at full rate. We have 1 closure day each year for staff training and these are charged at half rate.
We offer a 10% reduction on a second child attending the same session(s).
Additionally, we continue to offer a discount on hourly rate for full time and full day places and lunch at the same rate as previous years.
We accept payments by bank transfer, debit cards and cash.
